搅拌摩擦焊接技术研究与产业化应用Research and Industrial Application of Friction Stir Welding Technology

搅拌摩擦焊是一种新型固相连接技术,与传统熔化焊相比具有优质高效、焊接变形小、不需填充材料、无弧光和烟尘污染等特点,特别适合于铝合金等材料的焊接。太阳成集团tyc7111cc(中国)有限公司宫文彪教授带领团队于2005年开始进行搅拌摩擦焊理论和应用技术的研究开发,研制了适应不同厚度的板材和中空闭式型材焊接的单轴肩和双轴肩搅拌焊工具,开发完成了焊接厚度从3mm-84mm铝合金车体部件的单轴肩搅拌摩擦焊和厚度范围从3mm-18mm的双轴肩搅拌焊工艺。在长春轨道客车股份有限公司的支持下,在国内首先将搅拌摩擦焊技术应用于地铁车辆的枕梁、端墙部件的制造,并逐渐推广应用于城市轨道客车、高速动车、新一代标准动车组整车的制造。先后在武汉地铁2号线、深圳地铁79号线、新加坡地铁、重庆环线地铁、兰州地铁、南昌地铁、北京机场快线、上海17 号线地铁和380高速动车、京张高铁、新一代标准动车组的车体制造上,取得了巨大的经济和社会效益。本项成果的产业化应用使得长客股份公司的铝合金车体制造技术处于国际先进水平,变革了传统的轨道客车铝合金车体制造技术,具有行业引领示范作用,目前已成为国内轨道客车车体制造的主要技术。

研发团队还将此项技术推广应用于散热器、特种车辆车体、新能源汽车电池托盘焊接的产业化。团队还在铜及铜合金、低温容器钢、不锈钢材料的搅拌焊上进行了研究,取得了可进行产业化应用的关键技术。通过多年的科学研究和产业化应用实践,宫文彪团队掌握了从设备、工艺、搅拌焊工具和夹具设计制造到生产管理及质量检验等一系列完整的理论、技术和丰富的产业化经验。


Research and industrial application of friction stir welding technology

Friction stir welding is a new solid phase connection technology. Compared with the traditional fusion welding, it has the characteristics of high quality and high efficiency, small welding deformation, with no filling material, no arc light and smoke pollution, and is especially suitable for welding aluminum alloy and other materials.

Professor Gong Wenbiao of Changchun University of Technology, He led the team to start the research and development of friction stir welding theory and application technology in 2005, and developed the single shoulder and bobbin tool stir welding tools suitable for welding plates and closed aluminium profile of different thicknesses. Developed and completed the welding thickness of aluminum alloy railway vehicle parts from 3mm-84mm single-axis shoulder friction stir welding and thickness range from 3mm-18mm bobbin tool friction stir welding process. With the support of Changchun Railway Car Co., LTD., the friction stir welding technology is first applied to the manufacturing of sleeper beams and end wall components of subway vehicles in China, and gradually promoted to the manufacturing of urban railway cars, high-speed railway trains and new generation of standard EMU vehicles. In Wuhan Metro Line 2, Shenzhen Metro Line 7, Line 9, Singapore Metro, Chongqing Circle Line subway, Lanzhou Metro, Nanchang Metro, Beijing Airport Express Line, Shanghai Metro Line 17 and 380 high-speed trains, Beijing-Zhang high-speed railway, a new generation of standard EMU body manufacturing. This promotion and application of this technology has achieved huge economic and social benefits. The industrial application of this achievement makes the aluminum alloy car body manufacturing technology of Changke Co., Ltd. at the international advanced level, changes the traditional aluminum alloy car body manufacturing technology of railway cars, plays a leading role in the industry demonstration, and has become the main technology of domestic rail car body manufacturing.

The R&D team will also promote the application of this technology to the industrialization of radiator, special vehicle body, and new energy vehicle battery tray welding. The team also conducted research on friction stir welding of copper and copper alloys, low-temperature container steel and stainless steel materials to obtain key technologies that can be applied in industrialization. Through years of scientific research and industrial application practice, Gong Wenbiao team has mastered a series of complete theories, technologies and rich industrialization experience from equipment, process, friction stir welding tools and fixture design and manufacturing to production management and quality inspection.
